I have been going to The Cheshire Image Clinic now for over 3 years and have nothing but praise for the whole team. Over this period, I have had botox, fillers (Juvederm) and Sculptra, all of which I have been extremely satisfied with. I also had an upper and lower blephoroplasty - my first cosmetic surgery. I was quite nervous and apprehensive but was put at ease and very pleased with the results and aftercare. So much that a year later, I had a rhino-tip plasty! That was over two years ago now and I'm planning more (not addicted, honest!). I wish Michelle and everyone at the clinic the very best for the future.

I have been going to The Cheshire Image Clinic for a year and am so happy with my results. All the staff are very helpful, informative and friendly. I would definately recommend anyone who wants real advice and proper indepth consultations on any cosmetic procedure to go there. Other clients I have met there have also been totally satisfied with their procedures & treatments too.

After reading the previous negative reviews I feel I have to speak up on behalf of Michelle and her staff.I have been a patient of Michelle Irving's for over 16 years having had non-surgical and surgical procedures. Over the years she has also become a very good friend. I am sure I am one of many who wouldn't trust anyone else with their treatment. There is always a warm genuine welcome whenever I attend the clinic. I would't hesitate to recommend The Cheshire Image Clinic to any of my friends and family.

Went for my usual treatment with Michelle at The Cheshire Image Clinic yesterday, fantastic as usual. Have been seeing Michelle for a number of years now and can honestly say have never had a problem. Pity the only times great companies like this get any publicity, is when people decide to rubbish them for the sheer hell of it. Have had both surgical and non-surgical procedures and completely happy with everything. Michelle and her team deliver exactly what they promise, expertise and a genuine care for the people they treat, which is obviously why Michelle is going stronger than ever after over 20 years of doing this. Have recommended several friends who agree with me and who have become regular visitors to Michelle also. If you are considering any cosmetic treatments, I would look no further. There are so many people out there who dont have a fraction of Michelle's experience and I wouldnt trust them with a needle!!! Just keep doing what you do Michelle, your actions speak much louder than any words!!!!! Carol

I just want to let you know and to say Thank you for the treatment that I had yesterday. Your nurse Kim came to my house yesterday with Colette and I am delighted with the result. Kim makes me feel so relaxed and I trust her so much. I am having a small Biopsy on my forehead later today and Kim gave me good advice and told me to wait for further treatment and when I am better she will come back and see me, and she will have a look at the area and if she thinks it’s ok then she will treat me. Kim put my Health first and for that I want to say "Thank you"

I just want to say how pleased I am with the way I am treated by the nurses in your team. Although I like to have my work done at the same beauty salon, I sometimes have to go to a different one, out of my area, because I am up and down the motorway all the time. So far I have been treated by Susan and Janine. They always check me out and make sure I’m ok, and I am always really pleased with what they do. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

I have recently had some cosmetic treatment on my face at Cheshire Image Clinic by Michelle Irving. This is the first time I have ever had any cosmetic treatment done before.

I am 38 years of age, and to be quite honest, I thought that I never had any problems or insecurities about the way I look. But looking back now, for the last few years when I have got myself ready for going out, I have been happy with myself (all dolled up). But when I looked in the mirror, I always thought that I looked so tired. I was making excuses for my face not looking how it used to, every Saturday night wishing that I looked healthier and how I used to look.

As you get into your 30s you do notice the first signs of ageing. More laughter lines, forehead creases, lips shrinking (I am a smoker), the first signs of grey. But I suppose because I am in my 30s it is a hard thing to accept that you are getting older and denial sets in. Hence, I decided to have a look at some cosmetic treatments. Michelle recommended Botox and Juvederm Ultra. The experience I had with Michelle and the results from my treatment are out of this world.

I have seen Jordan (Katie Price) on the television having Botox injections and she was squirming with discomfort. So I was expecting the treatment to be uncomfortable. Michelle was amazing, very calming and professional. She talked me through everything she was doing. It was so relaxing and didn’t hurt a single bit.

Botox was injected into several places on my forehead, around my eyes and Michelle put Juvederm Ultra into my cheeks to give them shape again. As there were lots of injections, I expected my face to be a mess, but there were instant results looking straight back at me.

I just did not realise how much the ageing process had affected me until then. Michelle explained to me that the full results of the Botox would not be apparent for up to 2 weeks.

This experience from the first consultation with Michelle to the end results is the best decision I have made. Now the Botox has fully worked, the difference is amazing. My face looks so fresh and younger. I am so much happier and more confident and I no longer make excuses for looking tired. I can not recommend highly enough my experience with Michelle Irving (Cheshire Image Clinic) and the results after.

Michelle has gained a client for life, and I thank her so much for the difference she has made to me both cosmetically and psychologically.
