Look Good, Feel Good

What to Expect

Booking your appointment:

The best way to book an appointment is to contact us at the head office in Chester on 01244 321696 or via email at info@cheshireimages.co.uk  That way, we can assess which clinic and date will suit you best. Patients are kindly requested to give as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

How much time to set aside:

Before any treatment or procedure is administered, all new patients must first undergo a thorough consultation. This is free of charge and puts you under no obligation. We usually set aside about an hour for a first time appointment.

  • Injectable treatment appointments usually take between 30 and 60 minutes.
  • IPL and Sclerotherapy sessions can take between 15 and 60 minutes – you’ll be guided by your practitioner.
  • Surgical consultation appointments will usually take 60 minutes.
  • Minor surgical treatments such as simple lesion removals will take between 30 and 60 minutes.

If you feel that you may need extra time for your appointment, please let us know at the time of booking.

Things to consider:

All patients are welcome to bring a friend or family member to their appointment.

Patients are encouraged to bring a list of questions to their consultation appointments. We have composed a list of Frequently Asked Questions that we hope will guide you and give you a bit more information. Please also provide us with information regarding any medication you may be taking or changes to your medical health.

We also ask that you inform us of any changes to the above at any subsequent or follow up appointments. What to expect from your first appointment: During the consultation appointment you will be introduced to your practitioner.

The team at The Cheshire Image Clinic is more than happy to answer any questions you may have about our qualifications and experience. The consultation appointment will give us an opportunity to discuss your unique aims and individual treatment options. Important aspects such as products, limitations, prices, possible complications and aftercare form the basis of treatment planning.

Your practitioner will need a full medical history in order to determine your suitability for treatment. We will also need to know about previous aesthetic treatments and recent medical concerns. You will never be pressured into having treatment. After your consultation you will hopefully have all the information you need in order to make a decision, but if you have any further questions you are more than welcome to contact us and a follow up appointment can be arranged.
